This position is a supervisory level position within the Human Resources Division that will oversee our Return to Work Unit and its staff who will contribute to the areas of workers' compensation, disability leave and other leave related programs.

We are looking for someone with disability and workers' compensation background and experience to assist the department in developing streamlined processes and to assist our staff with resources, knowledge and the transition of when they return to work.

Working Conditions

This position requires travel.

Desirable Qualifications

In addition to evaluating each candidate's relative ability, as demonstrated by quality and breadth of experience, the following factors will provide the basis for competitively evaluating each candidate:

  • One through two years of experience with Workers' Compensation processes, law, rules, and/or regulations.
  • One through two years of experience with state disability processes, law, rules and/or regulations.
  • One through two years of experience with state benefits and/or personnel transactions.
  • One through two years a a team leader or supervisor.
