Job Overview: 

360 Painting of Spring Hill is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Part-Time Estimator to join our growing team. This customer-facing role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, conducting in-home visits, and preparing professional painting estimates. You’ll play a key part in our sales process by turning qualified leads into satisfied customers. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Provide outstanding customer service and clear communication throughout the estimation process
• Visit client homes or job sites to take accurate measurements, photos, and notes
• Prepare and deliver detailed painting estimates based on provided leads
• Manage the sales pipeline for 10–15 customers weekly
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
• Complete and submit necessary administrative documentation
• Follow all data integrity and security protocols
• Attend weekly team meetings and report progress to management
• Collaborate with other members of the 360 Painting team to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and proof of insurance
• Reliable and operable personal vehicle
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent punctuality and ability to manage a flexible schedule
• Basic computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, CRM platforms preferred)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation:
Pay is hourly with potential for commission/bonuses based on performance. Details will be discussed during the interview process.
