The Shinola Hotel is seeking a dedicated Breakfast Cook to join a great family of restaurants located in the hotel, including San Morello, The Brakeman, Penny Red's and Mister Dips.

Ideal Candidates:
*Prior Line Cook experience.
*Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
*Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
*Comfort in a fast-paced, busy environment.
*Great communication skills with management.
*Flexible availability on nights and weekends.
