This is an opportunity for someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and start learning a skilled trade. As an Entry-Level AV Technician , you’ll work alongside senior techs to install structured cabling and support AV systems in some of Colorado’s most beautiful homes. This is a growth-minded role designed to evolve as you gain knowledge, confidence, and experience in the field.
You won’t be stuck behind a desk—this is hands-on work in real environments, learning from the best.
Assist in the installation of AV cabling, equipment, and infrastructure
Support senior technicians during system setup, trim, and finish work
Learn tools, terminology, and techniques relevant to the AV and smart home industry
Maintain organized, clean job sites and follow safety protocols
Take direction well, ask questions when needed, and show initiative in learning
Travel to local job sites (some occasional overnight work may be required)
No prior AV experience required—just a strong work ethic and desire to learn
Interest in technology, tools, construction, or hands-on trades
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable taking direction
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders or in attic/crawl spaces
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Willingness and ability to travel for projects as needed (majority are local)

$20–$27 per hour , depending on experience
