Compensation Range: $55 - 60 per hour


We are seeking a Senior Producer, Video Content to join our client's Creative Services team! In this role, you will play a vital part in crafting and executing compelling video content for the Marketing & Corporate Affairs Communications team. From ideation to post-production, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver best-in-class video content that resonates with our client's audience. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, creative innovation, and making a positive impact through video content.



Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and develop innovative, on-brand video content. Champion creative ideas during pitching processes.
• Serve as lead producer on video projects, overseeing creative direction, writing copy, and collaborating with design teams and external vendors. Provide videography/photography services, including shooting, editing, and post-production work.
• Provide direction for select video shoots, including directing crew members such as DPs, lighting directors, and set designers.
• Ensure success in all phases of asset production, including managing production timelines, tracking approvals, and maintaining detailed project plans.
• Effectively communicate creative and technical needs to various stakeholders. Adapt communication styles to meet project requirements.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments and inspire teamwork. Lead and follow as needed to ensure project success.
• Pitch and deliver creative solutions across different contexts.
• Anticipate needs and analyze approaches with a critical eye. Ensure quality in shot selection, composition, design, audio, and copywriting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in advertising, production, marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of seven years of experience in a similar role within advertising agencies, creative studios, production companies, or in-house marketing teams.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, Adobe Audition, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Extensive hands-on experience in all aspects of video production, including shooting, editing, lighting, and audio.
• strong skills in ideation, development, and copywriting for video content.
• Proficiency in digital video asset management software and project management applications.
