Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Technical Writer to join our team.  The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating comprehensive technical documentation, developing manuals, datasheets, presentations, and other collateral. This role requires the ability to synthesize complex technical information and translate it into clear and concise prose for diverse audiences. Additionally, experience or interest in HPC/AI hardware and software is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, write, and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals, system guides, and technical specifications
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and subject matter experts to gather information and understand technical concepts
• Translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and accurate content that is easily understood by various audiences
• Develop training materials and curriculum to support product education and user adoption
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, particularly in AI & HPC, to ensure documentation remains accurate and relevant
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of documentation processes and standards

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Communication, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of industry experience as an effective technical writer, preferably in the software or technology industry
• Technical Skills:
  • Proven ability to create clear, concise, and well-structured documentation for complex technical topics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and PowerPoint
  • Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with AI & HPC concepts and technologies, or a strong interest in learning about them
• Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Communication: Excellent English writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with curriculum development, training development, training and educational tools and materials development
• Experience with Confluence and Adobe FrameMaker for content authoring
