What You'll Do:

We're seeking a Sr Internal Wholesaler to join our Income Solutions team. In this role, you'll have the outstanding opportunity to craft our Outsourced Chief Investment Officer (OCIO) Services strategy and drive sales success!

Key Responsibilities  

  • Partner with field sales reps in building pipeline, prospecting, closing deals, leading efforts with consultants & advisors, handling sales meetings, managing RFP reviews, and contributing to sales strategy.
  • Build relationships with consultants, advisors, and third-party administrators to promote OCIO Services, provide sales support, recommend solutions, and lead or assist with client presentations.
  • Engage in marketing and product development initiatives, contributing valuable insights and strategies.

Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required and 6+ years relevant job experience
  • Desire to pursue the CFA program and/or passed L1 of the CFA program
  • Extensive knowledge of retirement plan design, including qualified, non-qualified, defined contribution, and defined benefit programs.
  • Knowledge of institutional and non-profit investment products, competitive landscape, pricing and product knowledge, as well as knowledge of ERISA, and Internal Revenue Code regulations or retirement plans.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel (5-10%), including overnights.
Salary Range Information: Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range: $63750 - $121200 / year Time Off Program: Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided. Pension Eligible: Yes Additional Information:
