Social Media & Marketplace Coordinator (Entry Level) Pay: $16–$22/hr Type: Full-time Experience: Entry-level Job Description Ready to turn your creative energy into a full-time job? Karsten & Moore Auto Group is looking for a high-energy Social Media & Marketplace Coordinator to help us showcase our EV inventory through short-form videos, creative ads, and engaging Facebook Marketplace posts. No dealership experience needed — just confidence, creativity, and the desire to WIN. About Our Company Karsten & Moore Auto Group is an EV-focused independent dealership known for having the cleanest, best-priced EV inventory in Arizona. We’re a small, high-performance team that values energy, drive, and integrity. Responsibilities:

Create short videos + photos of vehicles for social media and Marketplace listings
Write eye-catching posts that attract customers
Upload and manage inventory on Facebook Marketplace
Help brainstorm creative marketing ideas and campaigns
Occasionally respond to leads or messages from interested buyers
Support the sales team with content and marketing tasks

Qualifications:

Strong social media familiarity (TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Marketplace)
Basic photo/video editing skills
High energy, outgoing personality
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
