Role Profile Overview:
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media and Influencer Marketing Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, managing influencer partnerships, and creating engaging content to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and boost sales.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support VP of Marketing in executing the overall social media program
· Develop, calendarize, and coordinate on social media and communications campaigns to track with brand's overarching media & marketing strategy
· Recruit, manage, and grow brand's influencer program, tracking user-generated content, performance, and attribution
· Owns day-to-day and event paid social management and boosts including campaign planning, budget, setup, creative development, monitoring/reporting and optimization across a variety of social media platforms for our brand.
· Work closely with influencers, ensuring the content produced resonates with the brand's message, meets quality standards, and is delivered in a timely manner for campaign launches
· Monitor and evaluate influencer campaign performance using KPIs and ROI metrics, providing comprehensive reports and actionable insights for continuous improvement of marketing strategies
· Oversee influencer identification, approvals, contract negotiations and execution of influencer marketing initiatives across all platforms
· Manage and grow Hari Mari's social media presence, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging (Instagram, X, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.)
· Create and curate engaging, on-brand content for all social media channels
· Identify, vet, and manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors
· Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly
· Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
· Organize and manage influencer events and product seeding programs
· Stay up-to-date with platform algorithm changes and best practices
· Assist in crisis management and reputation monitoring on social platforms
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
· 5+ years of experience in social media marketing and influencer management
· Proven track record of growing social media audiences and engagement
· Experience in developing and executing successful influencer marketing campaigns
· Proficiency in social media management tools
· Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools
· Experience with paid social media advertising on various platforms
· Knowledge of FTC guidelines for influencer marketing and social media advertising
Required Skills:

· Strong creative and visual storytelling abilities
· Ability to adapt brand voice across different social media platforms
· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

· Strong negotiation skills for influencer partnerships
Preferred Skills:
· Knowledge of the footwear industry and current fashion trends
· Experience with social media content creation (photography, videography)
· Familiarity with social media scheduling and management tools
· Understanding of e-commerce and how social media drives online sales
