• Respond promptly and professionally to all service-related customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Schedule and confirm service appointments, coordinating effectively with the service department.
• Follow up with customers regarding service status, recalls, and maintenance reminders to promote customer retention.
• Maintain accurate customer records and service information in the dealership’s database.
• Assist in managing service campaigns and notify customers of special offers and promotions.
• Support the service team in daily administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Experience in automotive service or a related customer service role is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of calls and inquiries efficiently.
