**Senior Trusts & Estates Probate Attorney**

We are excited to invite an experienced Senior Attorney to join our dynamic team in Newport Beach, CA, specializing in Estate Planning, Special Needs Planning, Trust Administration, Probate, and Conservatorships. **Compensation:**
$120,000 - $140,000 annually, depending on experience, plus bonus opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Review and edit a variety of legal documents, including Accounting Petitions, Petitions for Instructions, and Conservatorship Petitions.
- Oversee Trust Administrations, Probate cases, and Conservatorship cases from inception to resolution.
- Address Probate Notes and Tentative Rulings by providing necessary supplements.
- Collaborate closely with the Owner and other Senior Associate Attorneys to ensure seamless case management.
- Delegate tasks to paralegals, legal assistants, and law clerks while supervising their work.
- Conduct initial consultations and meetings with clients to understand their needs.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular and timely communication.
- Represent clients during hearings and legal proceedings.
- Work with the billing department to generate and send invoices.

**Qualifications:**
- A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Estate Planning, Special Needs Planning, Trust Administration, Conservatorships, or Probate.
- Must be licensed to practice law in California.
- Proven ability to manage legal matters and client relationships independently after an orientation and supervision period.
- A strong dedication to providing exceptional service and achieving outstanding results for clients.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, timekeeping, and case management software, with strong computer skills.
- Emotional intelligence and empathy towards clients and their families.
- Ability to work effectively in an office environment, as this position is not remote.
