We deal with all kinds of users: consumers, business people (investors, shopkeepers, and others), real estate agents, search engine bots, malicious bots, and who knows what else. Designing interfaces that are usable for everybody and friendly to search engines is a big challenge. You will use analytics and monitoring tools to peek into the user’s patterns of behavior and improve the existing UIs or design new ones. You will perform research into who the users typically are, how they behave, and what they like. You will then transform this information into interaction flows, create interactive mockups and you will turn it into complete designs ready to be handed over to the engineers to build.

Job Description

• Produce multiple designs for our websites and mobile apps and evolve the company’s products through iterations and A/B testing

• Own the product style guide and push the boundaries to always create visually stunning interfaces

• Help the development team adhere to styles, locate assets, and produce implementations that match the visual guidelines

• Transform research insights into actionable items

• Organise design artifacts and other assets in a clear manner for a seamless handoff experience

• Perform user research tasks either using analytics tools, user interviews, or user testing to better guide design decisions.

Requirements

Skills & Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Product Design position or UI Designer role.

• Basic data analytics skills

• Ability to prioritize the design based on business value and user needs

• Ability to produce a portfolio of relevant completed designs

• Good mastery of the English language (writing and speaking)

• Strong typography, layout, and visual design skills

• Ability to present your research or designs in an engaging way to a cross-functional team

• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and working with high-level requirements

• Proficiency using Figma
