Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Trusts and Estates Attorney to join our growing team. With over 5 years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters, you'll play a key role in managing a diverse caseload. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a collaborative team, including junior attorneys and paralegals, while enjoying the flexibility of a remote work environment.

Compensation:
$180,000 - $200,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

Drafting comprehensive estate planning documents.
Managing probate and trust administration cases from start to finish.
Providing guidance and supervision to junior attorneys and paralegals.
Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
Contributing to business development and growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

At least five years of experience in estate planning and trust administration.
Ability to manage multiple files and work independently while staying organized.
Strong persuasive writing, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
A Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Admission to the local and state bar associations.
Excellent time management and client service skills.
