Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Provide financial, administrative and clerical support directly to the Chief Financial Officer.
• Assist team members with the managing and processing of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable invoices, collections and payments.
• Prepare on-boarding reconciliations for review.
• Manage confidential information while processing Payroll, Expense Reimbursements, and Sales Commissions.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
• Prepare financial schedules and reconciliations for monthly reporting.
• Provide Ad Hoc reporting as assigned.

​ Skills and Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of accounting experience;
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word;
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
• Excellent follow up, documentation and communication skills;
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills;
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
• Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat preferred.
• Must be reliable and dependable.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field strongly desired.
• Working knowledge of Sage/Timberline accounting software strongly desired.
