Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension)
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
Job Summary:
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Ideal candidate has experience in a scrum master-esque role, has experience owning the delivery of work (driving to a goal vs. closing a sprint), and has automation experience.
The ideal candidate is experienced in cross functional communication effective with business teams / process owners, and technical teams; has experience being the interpreter or middle person between these groups.
The ideal candidate is also comfortable with multiple hats, and switching between them as needed. Demonstrated experience in a "gets things done" role
Top Three Skills:
-Strong Communication Skills / Scrum and delivery management skills

Required Skills:
Demonstrated experience in "wear multiple hats" engaging end users, shaping solutions and driving execution (scrum) with examples from work history;
Industry Experience: At least 3 years experience; no specific industry;
Desired Skills:
-Formal Scrum experience
-Formal project analyst / delivery management experience
-Formal automation experience;
