Core Technical Requirements
Advanced Jira expertise (highest priority)
Able to build dashboards, create and manage automation, and administer Jira at a high level.
Agile Methodology
Must have a strong understanding and hands-on experience with Agile practices.
The organization transitioned to Agile in September; candidates should be comfortable operating in a fully Agile environment.
G Suite proficiency
Able to confidently navigate and utilize Google Workspace tools.
Preferred Technical Skills
Salesforce
Considered a strong plus. Lack of Salesforce experience can be offset by deeper strength in other areas.
