Job Description

Join our dedicated team as an Instructional Aide / Paraeducator and be a vital part of creating inclusive, supportive, and empowering educational environments. Position Overview: As an Instructional Aide, you'll work closely with students who require instructional and/or behavioral support under the guidance of the Special Education Department, classroom teachers, and other supervising staff. You'll also assist students with personal care, physical mobility, and therapeutic needs as directed by licensed professionals. This is more than a job-it's a chance to make a lasting difference in the lives of students every single day.
