Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator Location: Tukwila, WA 98108 Area Code: 206 Pay Rate: $45.00-52.00 per hour Shift: 1st Employment Type: Full Time, Direct, Onsite #AerospaceLogistics #SupplyChainManagement #ProcurementOperations Job Summary: Belcan is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to support aerospace client operations by managing spare parts requisitions, logistics, inventory control, and repair facilitation. This role is critical in ensuring timely delivery and availability of aircraft components while maintaining compliance with contractual agreements. The ideal candidate will collaborate with procurement teams and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance efficiency, resolve supply chain issues, and drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:

• Create, track, and manage purchase requisitions using Boeing's GOLD and Boeing Parts Page.
• Monitor incoming shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any delays.
• Coordinate with Procurement Agents, Supply Chain Analysts, and Logistics Teams to optimize material flow and supplier performance.
• Work with procurement to update delivery schedules and mitigate disruptions to production and maintenance operations.
• Verify part receipts and documentation to ensure accuracy in inventory records.
• Support non-conformance resolution, working with suppliers, Quality Assurance, and Engineering teams.
• Reconcile documentation discrepancies related to part traceability and quantities.
• Utilize ERP and Material Management Systems to maintain accurate inventory records and streamline supply chain workflows.
• Generate weekly status reports on assigned work packages.
• Lead onboarding and training for new team members, ensuring proficiency in supply chain systems and compliance requirements.
• Develop training materials, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and workflow documentation for process standardization.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve supply chain operations.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or procurement within aerospace, defense, or manufacturing.
• Due to the nature of the work U.S. Citizenship is required
• Strong working knowledge of GOLD (Global On-Line Distribution) and Boeing Parts Page (BPP) for aircraft parts management.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms) for procurement, inventory tracking, and supply chain analytics.
• Strong understanding of FAA, AS9100, and ISO 9001 supply chain regulations.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, logistics, engineering, and quality teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and resolve supply chain disruptions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) for data analysis and reporting.
