Salon Guest Care Associate Location Land O' Lakes, FL :

sage salon, an AVEDA concept salon, is growing! We're located in a busy suburban area and have an immediate need to expand our Guest Care team! We're looking for someone who loves hair, beauty and most of all, people.

We are: A busy and fast-paced salon with a great reputation in our community. Our team offers excellent service and we want to work with like-minded individuals.

You are: Well spoken, well dressed with a heart for guest service. You are a "get it done" type of person who likes to find solutions. You're very comfortable using technology to interact with guests and coworkers but can also knows how important it is to be able to speak well face to face, whether in person or on the phone.

Job Duties:

• Phones/Greeting- our guests are like our family, they expect an upbeat friendly voice on the phone and a warm welcome upon arrival.
• Booking Appointments/Checking Out- using technology to ensure guests have the day and time they need for their appointments is key.
• Shampooing- your hands will be in hair during the very best part of the service. Our shampoo experience leaves guests feeling relaxed and taken care of.
• Teamwork- Assist other departments when necessary with various tasks from organizing, cleaning, inventory and more.
• Special Projects- these come up often and the ability to multitask is important.
• Product Knowledge & Recommendations- we love and use AVEDA products, which are vegan, cruelty-free and naturally derived. If you're into clean beauty, there's no better line than AVEDA.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 25 per week

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)
