Sales Intern (Remote)

Ethny is an ethical handbag brand celebrating Guatemalan craftsmanship through timeless, artisan-made designs. Headquartered in Miami, we operate remotely, supporting sustainable fashion while honoring cultural heritage.

Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development

• Identify and contact potential retail partners across the U.S. and internationally
• Maintain an organized database of leads and follow-up actions
• Craft and present persuasive sales pitches
• Assist in onboarding new retail accounts
• Monitor and report on sales activities and performance
• Support creation of sales materials (lookbooks, pricing sheets, line sheets)

Support Tasks

• Conduct market research for new business opportunities
• Collaborate with the founder on strategies for key accounts

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Background in business, marketing, or fashion preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Passion for sustainability and ethical fashion
• Self-driven, organized, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working independently and using remote collaboration tools

Location: Remote
Compensation: Commission-based (10% on all new store orders)
Employment Type: Internship
Schedule: Preferably Full-time (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM), flexible • Fluent in English
