RO Systems Technical Support Representative Location Tempe, AZ :

Job Summary:

This is NOT AN IT troubleshooting role, this will require former experience or ability to quickly learn Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing.

SpectraPure, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of RO/DI Water Purification Systems. We have been manufacturing and selling the highest quality RO/DI Systems, Filters, and Parts for over 35 Years.

As our Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with basic to advanced troubleshooting of their Water Purification Systems over the phone, email, and chat.

This is a desk job that will require close attention to detail and good customer service. We are a very niche company, so you this is an entry level role even if you have prior knowledge of the industry. You will train into this position with our engineers and assemblers to build your knowledge base and grow into the role. Training is Paid.

You will work in our Warehouse here in Tempe, 8am-5pm, Monday thru Friday (Weekends, Holidays, and Birthdays OFF).

Previous Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing troubleshooting experience is preferred.

This job is Entry Level position that will get you started in a new role with an established company. We are growing quickly and are looking to bring on new people who want to grow with us.

Essential Job Functions:

• Assist with Technical Support and Customer Service through Email, Phone, and Chat. You will learn to Troubleshoot our RO systems (Retail and Commercial), as well as learning about DI Resin, Filters, and Membranes.
• Assist customers with finding solutions to their problems.
• Follow instructions and procedures - Attention to detail is key!

Qualifications:

• Good interpersonal skills. Must be a team player!
• High School Diploma or GED is OK
• Must be willing to submit to, and satisfactorily pass, pre-employment background screening.
• Well spoken and written with High WPM and clear dialog.
• Good at Troubleshooting and Finding solutions for new and evolving issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
