The Opportunity:

As Revenue Operations Manager, and a core member of Flywire’s global Revenue Operations Team, you will own the systems, processes, and automation that power our go-to-market engine. This role is built for a senior operator who loves simplifying complexity, scaling global teams, and turning data, technology, and AI into real business leverage.

You will have direct impact on how Flywire scales revenue across Education, Travel, B2B, and Healthcare by modernizing our GTM workflows, improving data quality and visibility, and enabling our sales and revenue teams to focus on selling and serving clients.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role with strong visibility to our Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Strategy and Corporate Development Teams.

Local to Boston is highly preferred.

What You’ll Do:
  • Own and optimize core GTM processes across sales, forecasting, pipeline, and commissions with a focus on scale, efficiency, and data integrity
  • Lead the RevOps tech stack strategy and roadmap , ensuring tools like Salesforce, CPQ, Gong, and Marketo drive measurable business outcomes and strong user adoption
  • Identify and execute AI and automation opportunities that increase seller productivity, improve data reliability, and unlock better insights across the revenue engine
  • Translate business needs into scalable solutions by partnering with GTM leaders, end users, and systems architects while ensuring proper governance and security
  • Drive enablement and adoption through clear playbooks, training, and ongoing measurement of value realization across GTM teams

Qualifications



What You Bring:

  • 6–10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related function, ideally in B2B SaaS, payments, or financial technology
  • Deep understanding of GTM workflows including forecasting, pipeline management, and commissions, with strong hands-on experience in RevOps tools
  • A proven track record of designing scalable processes and using data, systems, and automation to drive meaningful business impact
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge business goals and technical execution across functions
  • A builder mindset with a bias toward action, continuous improvement, and simplification

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $140,000-$150,000 plus restricted stock units and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, position level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and several other factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education and training.
