Remote Self-Publishing Specialist – Entry-Level | No Experience or Degree Needed

Job Title: Remote Self-Publishing Specialist

Job Type: Fully Remote | Entry-Level | Royalties-Based

Location: Work from Anywhere

Education Required: None

Experience Required: None

Compensation: Royalties – $50 to $200+ per published book/month, with unlimited growth potential

Position Summary

We are hiring for the fully remote role of Remote Self-Publishing Specialist , an entry-level position perfect for individuals who want to build a long-term digital income stream — without writing experience, a degree, or a background in publishing.

This is not a traditional job or freelance gig. You will learn to create and publish nonfiction Kindle books using AI-powered writing tools, easy-to-follow templates, and structured workflows. Every book you publish becomes a royalty-generating digital asset that can pay you for years. No content writing is required — you’ll manage the system and follow a step-by-step blueprint.

What You’ll Do

As a Self-Publishing Specialist, you’ll oversee five key stages of book creation and publishing. All training and resources are included.

Phase 1: Research and Topic Selection

Before writing, you’ll research high-demand nonfiction topics using keyword tools and Amazon marketplace data.

You’ll be trained to:

Analyze Amazon’s Best Seller Rank (BSR)

Use keyword databases to find low-competition, high-volume search terms

Choose profitable nonfiction topics like:

Goal-setting journals

Budgeting guides for beginners

Productivity hacks

Wellness and mental clarity

Daily reflection or gratitude prompts

Phase 2: AI-Assisted Content Generation

You won’t write the content yourself. Instead, you’ll use AI tools (like ChatGPT) to generate well-structured nonfiction book content from included prompt packs.

Tasks include:

Inputting prompts to create chapter-level content

Organizing chapters for flow and readability

Light editing for tone and structure

Inserting summaries, lists, and call-outs as needed

You’ll act as a content manager — not a writer.

Phase 3: Format for Kindle Devices

With your book written, you’ll format the manuscript using Kindle-ready templates provided in both Word and Google Docs.

Formatting tasks include:

Structuring chapters and applying heading styles

Adding a clickable Table of Contents

Inserting legal disclaimers, author notes, and front/back matter

Using Kindle previewer tools to confirm layout

Templates and formatting walkthroughs are included.

Phase 4: Build and Launch Amazon Listings

You’ll create a professional Amazon product page for each book using optimized templates and swipe copy.

Your launch checklist includes:

Writing a keyword-optimized title and subtitle

Creating a compelling book description

Assigning backend keywords and Amazon categories

Uploading your manuscript and cover to KDP

Setting pricing, territories, and royalty structure

Your listings will be optimized for organic search — no advertising necessary.

Phase 5: Royalty Tracking and Scaling

Once your book is live, Amazon handles fulfillment and payouts. Your job is to track performance and scale your portfolio.

You’ll track and manage:

Royalties and page reads via Kindle Unlimited

Book reviews and category rankings

Income projections using royalty dashboards

Your schedule for new book releases

With each new book, your monthly income increases.

Resources Provided

You’ll receive everything you need to succeed:

Keyword and topic research spreadsheets

AI content prompt packs for nonfiction

Kindle manuscript formatting templates

Listing copywriting frameworks

Cover creation tutorials using Canva

Upload and launch checklists

Royalty tracking dashboards

Full video walkthroughs and tutorials

All tools are beginner-friendly and require no paid software.

Who This Role Is Perfect For

This opportunity is built for:

Remote work beginners

Stay-at-home parents

College students and recent graduates

Retirees seeking scalable income

Side hustlers building long-term digital revenue

Freelancers transitioning to royalty-based income

Minimum Requirements

Laptop or desktop computer

Internet access

Comfort using Google Docs or Microsoft Word

5–10 hours per week

Willingness to follow step-by-step training

This is a self-paced, project-based system — no deadlines or schedules.

Compensation and Income Potential

You will earn through Amazon’s royalty system. Payouts are monthly based on purchases and Kindle Unlimited page reads.

Expected Monthly Income:

1 book = $50–$200

5 books = $300–$1,000

10+ books = $2,000+/month

Each published book increases your earning potential.

FAQs

Is this part-time or full-time?

It’s completely flexible and self-paced — start with as little as 5 hours/week.

Amazon pays royalties every month, typically 60 days after the end of the month in which a sale occurs.
