Your Role

In a nutshell:

You are in charge of building analytics & insights solutions to support the company’s business and strategy. You have a unique transversal role and work with all teams of the company, who are your internal customers. Your position encompasses a wide range of missions, from data modeling to generating actionable data insights that drive strategic decisions.

How does your position contribute to the success of the Resilience project:

As a Data Analytics Engineer at Resilience, you play a crucial role in our mission to improve patient care with data through research and innovation. You are at the forefront of processing and extracting value from this data. You are responsible for building automated solutions across diverse missions including deployment monitoring, billing follow-up, providing medical insights, and delivering product recommendations. The role also requires onboarding business teams to understand data and correctly use BI solutions as we move toward a self-service data platform.

What’s your daily routine like:

Business Intelligence Solutions

You deliver business intelligence dashboards and insights, including:

• Building and maintaining relevant visualizations & dashboards using Metabase BI tool and SQL

• Exploring new and existing data to provide data insights that support data-driven strategic decisions

Data Analytics Engineering

You define and deploy the technical stack to unleash the business-oriented Analytics Platform:

• Creating business-oriented enriched data models to enable complex business or medical insights

• Documenting data exhaustively with up-to-date definitions for self-service usage, including KPIs semantic layers

• Implementing tests and alerts to secure data quality and integrity

Data Evangelization

You support internal data stakeholders to maximize our data utilization toward data evangelization and self-service BI:

• Promote a data-driven culture by working closely with business teams to identify, define, and implement relevant key performance indicators that align with their objectives

• Empower, train, and support internal teams to use data for their everyday insights needs

• Communicating about your deliverables and sharing data insights to promote a data-driven mindset

Jean-Baptiste – Data Analytics Lead We will work together in the team as my key role is to find technical solutions with Product and Platform engineering teams to answer data-related business teams problems. I value relationships based on honesty and trust; and I really enjoyed working with curious people always eager to learn and help. I am Based in Biarritz and have a lot of fun playing triathlon!

2⃣ Profile We’re Looking For

You are the right person if you can demonstrate:

• Strong business analysis skills

• Advanced SQL proficiency

• Knowledge of data modeling and modern data warehouse design patterns

• Know Python basics

• Full English proficiency

You are the right person if …

• +2-5 years experience in a position related to data analysis with at least 1 dataviz tool (Metabase, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)

• You are proactive, autonomous and curious

• You like to solve complex issues and you have a solution-oriented mindset

• You genuinely enjoy working with others and believe collaboration drives performance

• You possess strong communication skills and the ability to adapt your speech and technical language to the audience

What would be a plus :

• Previous experience on software or data platform architecture & design

• Previous experience with on-premise data infrastructure

• Knowledge of the latest analytics and dataviz tools & trends

• Knowledge of healthcare or other strongly GDPR-regulated areas

4. Interview with Jullian Bellino our VP Engineering – 30min – collaboration fit

5. Interview with our Tech HR Alice Pignarre – 30min – culture fit
