Now Hiring: Full-Time or Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Miami Lakes, FL 33016 We are currently seeking motivated and compassionate RBTs to join our team in
Miami Lakes . We have openings for the following
weekday schedules :
- Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 3:20 PM
- Monday–Friday: 3:45 PM – 6:45 PM

Key Responsibilities - Deliver ABA therapy services under the supervision of a BCBA
- Implement individualized treatment and skill acquisition programs
- Collect and record behavioral data accurately
- Prepare therapy materials and maintain organized session plans
- Collaborate with families to support client goals
- Maintain clinical documentation and timely session notes
- Attend staff meetings, training, and professional development sessions
Qualifications - Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Certification:
- Preferred: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Not certified yet? We provide paid training and support to help you become an RBT before starting with clients
- Transportation: Valid driver’s license and auto insurance (required)
- Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
- A passion for helping children and families
Compensation & Benefits (Part-Time or Full-Time)- Competitive Pay: $22.00 – $30.00 per hour, based on experience and certification
