Responsibilities

As a Project Manager/Scrum Master at IGT, you will play a crucial role in managing and guiding our R&D projects to flawless execution. Your responsibilities will include:

**As a Scrum Master:**

• Managing Agile R&D projects.
• Implementing standard methodologies for Agile processes and facilitating Agile ceremonies.
• Leading the project team during preparation and execution of sprints, including chairing sprint planning, checkpoint meetings, and retrospectives.
• Working closely with project leads and team members to ensure the success of the project.

**As an R&D Project Manager:**

• Coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver new or upgraded products in an Agile environment.
• Collaborating with team members internally.
• Monitoring the project from initiation through delivery, including planning and directing schedules and monitoring budget/spending.
• Coordinating cross-functional activities to ensure project completion on schedule and within budget constraints.
• Coordinating post-project reviews to improve future project performance.
• Reviewing and participating in the Technical Documentation Package, including coordinating Functional Specifications and reviewing Release Notes.
• Coordinating activities with other Project Managers and the Program Manager.
• Following and participating in the improvement of project processes.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you shall meet the following qualifications:

**Education:**

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Information Technology) or equivalent experience.

**Experience:**

• 1 to 4 years of software project management or Scrum Master experience in the IT industry, leading project teams daily.
• Proficient in both English and Polish, with a high level of written English proficiency.
• Proficient in using Atlassian JIRA.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Project and MS Office.
• Knowledge of GitHub and SharePoint/MS Teams is a plus.
