Agency background isnt required but often has a lot of overlap with our day-to-day roles.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager III to oversee and manage multiple creative campaigns in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. This role requires exceptional account management skills, the ability to prioritize multiple projects, and a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate will be the primary point of contact for 4-5 accounts, ensuring smooth project execution, stakeholder engagement, and successful campaign delivery.

This position is remote, with a preference for candidates based in Chicago. While not required, quarterly travel to Chicago for team meetings may be covered by the company. Candidates may also choose to work onsite up to two days per week if preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and prioritize multiple creative campaigns simultaneously.
Serve as the main point of contact (POC) for 4-5 accounts, intaking details from stakeholders and guiding them to the right solutions.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and scope to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.
Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
Ensure resource availability and allocation, coordinating internal teams and third-party vendors as needed.
Develop detailed project plans to track progress and manage any changes to scope, schedule, or costs.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks and proactively address challenges.
Track and measure project performance, analyzing completion of short- and long-term goals.
Foster strong client relationships through excellent communication and responsiveness.
Utilize project management tools (Workfront experience is a plus but not required).
Support leadership in financial analysis, reporting, and project constraints adjustments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of experience in project management (ideal range: 5-8 years).
Proven experience managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong account management experience, with the ability to handle 4-5 accounts simultaneously.
Exceptional client-facing and internal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams while driving projects forward.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related discipline.

Preferred Skills & Certifications

Experience with creative project management (not required but preferred).
Familiarity with Workfront or similar project management tools.
PMP certification is a plus but not required.
Agency background or experience in highly collaborative, client-focused environments.
