Project Manager (2 Positions)
Location: Remote (Limited travel <10%)
Employment Type: 6-month Contract-to-Hire
Compensation: $100K–$125K annual salary if converted to full-time

About the Role
We are seeking two  Project Managers to join a dynamic and growing Portfolio Management Office. These roles are 100% client-facing, overseeing highly technical projects in  data centers, AI infrastructure, structured cabling, and field services . The PMs will be responsible for ensuring successful project delivery across scope, schedule, budget, and quality—while building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
This is an excellent opportunity for early-career Project Managers (2–5 years of experience) who want to grow their leadership skills in a supportive, fast-paced, and technically challenging environment. Primary Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple IT and infrastructure projects through all phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Manage  data center migrations, cloud strategies, structured cabling, and field service projects .
  • Develop project scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables while managing risks and dependencies.
  • Serve as the  primary client-facing representative , ensuring satisfaction and alignment with business goals.
  • Monitor project financials, including P&L, revenue, and margins.
  • Prepare and deliver project status reports to stakeholders and executives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide mentorship to junior PMs where appropriate.
Required Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of project management experience in technical, client-facing environments.
  • PMP certification (must be active in the PMI registry).
  • Demonstrated success managing  data center or technical infrastructure projects .
  • Familiarity with structured cabling, rack/stack/patch, and troubleshooting solutions.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (IT or Computer Science a plus).
  • Experience with  cloud migrations, hybrid cloud strategies, IAM, firewall, or endpoint security .
  • Familiarity with Smartsheet, Monday.com, Netsuite, or similar project planning tools.
  • CISSP and/or CISM certification a plus.
