**Job Title: Administrator**
**Job Description**
As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations by managing phone sales inquiries, customer follow-ups, and ensuring efficient project coordination. You will handle customer quotes, project billing, and support purchasing processes, all while maintaining organized records.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assist with phone sales inquiries and customer follow-ups.
+ Prepare and send customer quotes promptly and accurately.
+ Schedule projects and coordinate with customers and installation teams.
+ Prepare and send project billing and assist with collections as needed.
+ Support purchasing processes and track orders with suppliers.
+ Order and track project permits and engineering plans to keep projects on schedule.
+ Maintain organized records and ensure project documentation is current.
+ Work closely with management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
**Essential Skills**
+ Data entry and customer service experience.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
+ Experience as a project coordinator or project admin.
+ Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
+ Proficient computer skills, including business software such as Knowify, QuickBooks, and Striven.
+ Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
+ Capable of managing multiple projects with competing deadlines and urgency.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Prior experience in administrative support, construction, or a service-related business is a plus.

**Work Environment**
The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8am to 5pm, with some overtime required. You will primarily work in the office, communicating with customers and internal employees, and coordinating projects in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tucson, Arizona.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
