Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Professional Land Surveyor (P.L.S.) or LSIT Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in land surveying and is proficient in Carlson/Civil 3D, TDS, Carlson CE, and GPS/RTK technology. This is an exciting opportunity to lead projects, work with cutting-edge surveying tools, and contribute to a variety of developments, from subdivisions to topographic surveys.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and oversee land surveying and drafting using Carlson/Civil 3D, TDS, Carlson CE, and GPS/RTK technology.
• Manage record mapping, as-built surveys, topographic surveys, and subdivisions .
• Develop 3D surface models and prepare data for earthwork quantity calculations.
• Perform construction stakeout calculations and other field-related surveying tasks.
• Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and quality across all surveying projects.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and team members to meet project objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in land surveying.
• Proficiency in Carlson/Civil 3D, TDS, Carlson CE, and GPS/RTK technology.
• Strong knowledge of record mapping, as-built surveys, subdivisions, topographic surveys, and 3D modeling .
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Professional demeanor and ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
