Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Supervise shift while planning, producing, or shipping fiberglass products as scheduled
- Attain production or shipping goals as specified by Plant Manager
- Motivate employees to give maximum efforts in professional manner
- Ensure that all safety procedures are being followed
- Maintain weekly employee attendance records
- Maintain accurate production, inventory or shipping data
- Hold departmental meetings as needed to discuss updates and/or changes in company policies, procedures, goals, etc.
- Wear appropriate PPE
- Comply with all NOV Company policies, guidelines and procedures
- Comply with all HSE policies, guidelines and procedures
- Comply with all Quality policies, guidelines and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS - Ability to work overtime and shift work as required
- Standing up to 12 hours daily
- Walking up to 12 hours daily
- Bending/Stooping up to 12 hours daily
- Repetitive Movement (shoveling/sweeping/fastening) up to 12 hours daily
- Lifting weights p to 50 lbs. regularly
- Push/Pull up to 12 hours daily
- Travel less than 10%
- Previous Supervisor/Management Experience
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS - High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in all aspects of the manufacturing process
- Forklift license
- Bilingual preferred

- Ability to plan and work with computer-controlled equipment
- Understand complex manufacturing, shipping specifications
- Ability to adapt and be cross trained to learn all job duties as required

- Ability to read drawings, instruction or repair and assembly operations
