Job Description

1. Align and perform chemical transfers from storage tanks to reaction or blend units.
2. Perform daily rounds for regulatory and other plant equipment.
3. Train new employees and less advanced operators as outlined by LEADs.
4. Perform duties as outlined by the ERP (Emergency Response Plan).
5. Perform blend operations as assigned.
6. Perform reaction operations with the guidance of an A Operator or LEAD.
7. Document batch progression on batch tickets, including but not limited to time, temperature, pressure, and quantities.
8. Charge dry chemical to reaction units as outlined by Batch Tickets under the direction of an A Operator or LEAD.
9. Take quality samples as outlined by Batch Tickets and/or LEADs.
10. Notify the LEAD of any abnormalities found while performing rounds or blends.
11. Package materials as required and maintain quality standards of packaged products.
12. Perform bulk tank truck loading/unloading as required.
13. Able to lift 50 lbs.
14. Additional duties as assigned.  

1. Dispose of packaging materials and waste responsibly, following environmental guidelines.
2. Collaborate with the team to ensure environmental sustainability practices are upheld.

1. Adhere to safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
2. Ensure Operators utilize appropriate PPE for assigned tasks.
3. Follow established regulatory protocols for material handling and unloading procedures.
4. Participate in safety training sessions and adhere to safety policies.
5. Comply with local, state, and federal regulations related to operations and material handling
