The PHOENIX Internship Program is a 10-week, paid program that offers rising Junior and Senior undergraduates and graduate students the opportunity to work with and learn from experienced professionals while gaining exposure to a multi-brand retail company. The internship program provides hands-on experience in an area of interest and cross-functional collaboration while developing valuable professional skills.

The Production & Sourcing Summer Internship position will support our Bonobos brand. The Summer 2025 Internship Program takes place from June 1st to August 7th. This internship is located at our office in New York, New York.

Responsibilities

What will you be working on this Summer?

• Analyze cost management and negotiation
• Review and maintain calendars
• Manage purchase order, production deadlines and approval dates
• Support with vendor communication
• Interact with Merchant and Planning & Allocation partners for order management
• Attend milestone meetings with Executive Leadership
• Data entry and sample management

Requirements

• Available to:
  • Work full-time (40 hours per week)
  • Adhere to our four-days-in-office approach
  • Commit to the entire 10 weeks of the program
