Prep Dig is one of the country's best and most popular volleyball events operators hosting over 20 total tournaments and showcases, we specialize in premium experience for club programs and players at all levels of competition.

Job Summary

You will be leading player check-in at our tournament on Saturday and Sunday, at National Volleyball Center in Rochester, Minnesota. As a player check-in staff member, you will be the first person players see when they enter the venue. You will be responsible for welcoming them, using our point-of-sale system to get them their wristband and direct them to where the gym is. The tentative hours will be February 1st- Saturday, 7am-7pm, and February 2nd- Sunday 7am-5pm. You will be paid $15/hr after your shift, get reimbursed up to $30 for meals, and you'll receive a complimentary Prep Dig staff shirt.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Admissions (18+). As spectators arrive you will be their initial point of contact and complete payment using our point of sale system. You will then make sure they get a wristband for entry.
• Team Check-In (16+). There will be coaches that need to be checked in when entering the tournament for the first time. You will mark them as checked-in and give them a wristband.

• Customer Service. Proven ability of strong, friendly customer service skills.
• Personable. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Organized. Strong ability to multitask and prioritize competing tasks.
• Attention to Detail.  Exudes exceptional attention to detail when completing tasks.
