Job Responsibilities:

- Work with General Contractors, and Property Managers to promote company services.

- Bid Commercial and Light Industrial paint projects up to and exceeding $500,000.

- Lead by example, provide leadership to Project Teams

Qualifications:

- Ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as a Commercial Paint Estimator or Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully managing & estimating projects delivered on time, on budget, and with the highest quality standards.

- Specific experience in commercial painting required.

- Software proficiency, Planswift, Bluebeam, On-Center, (or equivalent)

- Ability to utilize technology to enhance client service.

- Must have a solid work-ethic and be a Team player.

- Superior verbal and written communication skills
