Position Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Outbound Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you'll be responsible for reaching out to restaurants nationwide, introducing them to our innovative online ordering platform, and helping them leverage technology to grow their business. OTE: $90,000+ (uncapped variable)
Base Salary: $45,000

What You'll Do
Conduct outbound cold calls to restaurant owners and decision-makers, introducing them to our digital ordering solutions.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential clients, ensuring consistent sales growth.
Communicate the value of our platform effectively, tailoring your approach to each prospect's needs.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and maximize impact.
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Use Salesforce CRM to track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and document interactions.
Develop lasting relationships with prospective clients, guiding them through the sales and onboarding process.
Understand customer needs, recommend tailored solutions, and ensure seamless implementation.
Stay up to date on product offerings, industry trends, and sales best practices.
Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Complete comprehensive onboarding training and earn certification to demonstrate proficiency in the role.
What We're Looking For
Experience:
2-4 years of experience in inside or outside sales, preferably in the tech or restaurant industry.
Proven success in cold calling, lead generation, and closing sales.
Experience using Salesforce CRM.
Skills & Traits:
Fluent in English and Thai.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport.
Excellent objection-handling and negotiation skills.
Resilient, self-motivated, and goal-driven with a hunter mentality.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
