Are you looking for a weekend position where your skills can make a real difference? George H. Hewell Funeral Home in Jacksonville is seeking a Part-Time Office Administrator to support our team on Saturdays and Sundays.
Schedule: Weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
Starting Pay: $18/hr
Location: Jacksonville, FL
What You’ll Do:
✔ Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and compassion
✔ Assist with scheduling, data entry, and office organization
✔ Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Sheets to manage documents
✔Greet and assist families with a warm and professional demeanor
✔ Support funeral directors with administrative tasks

✅ Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
✅ Computer literacy and proficiency in Word, Excel, and Google Sheets
✅ A team player with strong organizational skills
✅ Ability to multitask and remain professional in all situations
