We are currently looking for a person for the position:

Network and Systems Engineer

In this role, you'll be responsible for installations and upgrades on our company's computers, tablets, and smartphones. You will also provide our staff with training on using hardware, software, and cloud-based services.

To ensure success as an IT coordinator, you should display the strong technical aptitude needed to help staff solve their technical issues as quickly as possible. Ultimately, an outstanding IT coordinator should be able to thrive in the rapidly changing industry of information technology.

Place of work: Sousse- Tunisia

Main tasks:

1.  Analyze various computer operating systems and ensure better results and administer all management networking tools.

2.  Develop and upgrade an efficient network and perform troubleshoot on various network processes with help of monitoring tools.

3.  Evaluate and prepare survey reports to check performance of all networking systems.

4.  Coordinate with departments and implement all network and system hardware and software and administer all operations.

5.  Maintain all monitoring servers through active participation and maintain tape library and ensure better network systems.

6.  Coordinate with various departments and establish effective communication with service providers to provide quality service.

7.  Design and implement effective management information systems for various data protection systems.

8.  Monitor and manage computer operation systems, provide backup and assist in technical retrieval functions.

9.  Keeping an inventory of all company electronic assets.

10.  Providing staff with training on how to use hardware, software, and cloud-based services.

Our expectations:

1. Engineer in information technology
2. At least 5 years experiences with a network engineering focus.
3. Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware
4. Network security experience.
5. A self-starter able to work independently but comfortable working in a team environment.
6. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Dependable and flexible when necessary.
8. Good interpersonal skills.
