**Job Title: MIG Welder** **Job Description** We are seeking skilled Welders to join our dynamic team in Boaz, AL. This role is ideal for individuals eager to advance their welding careers with a company that prioritizes skill development and offers rapid pay increases based on performance and certification. **Responsibilities** + Perform MIG welding in flat, overhead, and downhill positions. + Interpret blueprints and technical drawings. + Ensure welds meet quality and safety standards in an ISO-certified environment. + Maintain a clean and safe work area. + Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in MIG welding. + Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings. + Experience in welding various materials such as mild steel and stainless steel. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. + Ability to weld in various positions (flat, overhead, downhill). **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Must pass a MIG welding test. + Must have own welding hood and steel-toe boots. + Willingness to work flexible shifts. + Knowledge of FLUX welding and grinding. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy weekly pay and an annual $100 boot certificate. Flexible shift work is expected. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Boaz, Alabama **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
