Who We're Looking For
We're looking for an experienced math educator who is passionate about sharing expertise and helping other teachers grow their practice. You should have deep familiarity with Eureka Math (Great Minds) and a proven track record of driving strong student outcomes in your own classroom.
This role is ideal for a master teacher ready to take the next step—whether or not you've formally been in a coaching position before.

What You'll Do
As our Math Instructional Coach, you will:
Support teachers in grades 3–6 with planning and delivering high-quality math instruction
Lead coaching meetings to review student data, discuss instructional strategies, and set goals
Model lessons regularly in classrooms to demonstrate effective implementation of Eureka Math and strong instructional techniques
Help teachers build deep content knowledge of math standards and curriculum to ensure high-quality instruction
Observe instruction and provide constructive, strengths-based feedback
Facilitate professional development sessions and training on Eureka Math, content knowledge, and best practices
Support new teachers in learning and internalizing curriculum and content
Collaborate with school leadership to monitor progress and adjust coaching priorities
Maintain positive, professional relationships with staff and model the school's core values
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (required)
Valid Texas teaching certificate (preferred)
At least three years of successful teaching experience in math (required)
Deep knowledge of Eureka Math and experience implementing it in classrooms
Demonstrated success improving student achievement as a classroom teacher (required)
Strong ability to build teachers' content knowledge and confidence with math instruction
Ability to analyze student data and support instructional adjustments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
