Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly and proactive Live Chat Agent to provide real-time assistance and support to our customers through online chat. As a virtual team member, you will handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or escalate as needed
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
Collaborate with other team members to improve service quality
Uphold company standards of customer service and professionalism
Qualifications
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage several chat conversations simultaneously
Strong problem-solving skills and patience
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
