SEEKING CLINICIANS LICENSED IN NEW YORK AND NEW JERSEY

Rust Wellness Group is seeking Licensed Clinicians to join our remote team as an independent contractor (1099 status). This fully remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining clinical autonomy and flexibility!

Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Must be Licensed to practice in the state of New York and/or New Jersey.
  • LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, PHD.
• Hold at least 10 sessions per week (once caseload is established).
• Provide Individual, Couples, and/or Family therapy within your scope of practice via our HIPAA Compliant telehealth platform.
• Offer evidence-based and culturally responsive interventions.
• Maintain clear and accurate clinical documentation in a timely manner.
• Refer clients to outside resources or higher levels of care when appropriate.
• Uphold HIPAA compliance and ethical standards at all times.
• Collaborate with our administrative and clinical team as needed.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Passionate about serving the LGBTQIA+ community and open to working with couples.
• Trauma-informed, social justice-oriented, and affirming of all identities.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Experience working with Electronic Health Record Systems (EHR) and other software necessary for remote work.
• Is Licensed in both New York or New Jersey.
