Job Description

CTD Staffing is looking for office professionals/assistants who have experience who have 3+ years of true administrative support to fill the role of "Legal Assistant" for our large client in the Nashville area.  This position will be assisting with processing, reviewing and completing contracts and legal documents, and working alongside the legal team.  Legal office experience would be a plus, but OFFICE experience is required.  We are not looking for customer service experience, but true office professional experience for this role.  This is a hybrid position to include both remote and onsite work in downtown Nashville, TN so any candidates need to reside close enough to drive in for the onsite work.  The hours are Monday - Friday, 8-4:30 pm and the pay is $18/hour with benefits.  There will also be opportunities for you to apply permanently with this client, which would include a pay raise as well as the client's benefits package!  Please apply here as soon as possible and a member of our team will give you a call!
