Interventional Directorship - Spine and Pain Institute

Western Reserve Professional Group is a largest multispecialty practice in Ohio! We provide innovative solutions for spinal and pain management, in affiliation with Cleveland Clinic/Akron General health system. With a commitment to excellence in patient care and cutting-edge treatments, we strive to enhance the quality of life for our patients. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Interventional Pain Physician to join our team and lead our interventional pain management services.

This leadership position requires a comprehensive understanding of interventional techniques, a passion for patient-centered care, and the ability to mentor and guide a team of skilled professionals. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide innovative treatment protocols and ensures the highest standard of care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced interventional procedures, including but not limited to epidural injections, nerve blocks, and spinal cord stimulators.
• Develop and implement educational programs for staff, patients, and the community regarding pain management strategies and interventions.
• Collaborate with other medical professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients with complex pain conditions.
• Stay current with advancements in interventional pain management

Qualifications:

• Fellowship trained in Interventional Spine/Pain Management.
• PM&R or Anesthesia residency
• Proficient with fluoroscopic injections, RFA, SCS, and MSK Ultrasound.
• Strong clinical skills and proficiency in a variety of interventional techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient care and team collaboration.
