A UHE Install Expert provides remeasure, quality assurance and problem solving for dozens of residential renovation projects on a weekly basis.

About You:

• Ability and Interest To Perform Multiple Kinds Of Assessment and Repairs Across Multiple Projects
• Past Success In Exterior Carpentry Skills (siding, windows, trim work etc)
• Attention to detail
• Driven / Operates With Urgency

Specific Skills, Traits, Competencies

• 1+years experience installing siding / windows / exterior carpentry (3-5 strongly preferred) 
• Ability to flourish independently with a desire to feel part of a team
• Communication skills in person & on the phone
• Sound judgement
• Resilience & Positive Attitude
• Enjoy learning

Responsibilities

• Install or repair exterior carpentry including siding, windows, doors, trim work
• Assess Warranty Requests
• Support morning job start operations from HQ as needed 
• Execute in the moment problem solving
• Adhere to local regulations including maintenance of building permit per job & safety expectations
