We are seeking an experienced In-House Construction Estimator for our Saint Louis, Missouri location. If you have a keen eye for detail with effective bid preparation and presentation skills, we are excited to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate project requirements into concrete figures.
• Present economical product solutions without compromising our high standards.
• Speak knowledgably regarding the many product options.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Review plans in office and inspect the construction sites to fully understand what work is required.
• Decide the most appropriate and economical solution considering the level of difficulty for installation while including additional labor or material cost as necessary.
• Input calculations in automatic excel forms to streamline bid process.
• Review bids with sales team and in-house estimating team.

We’re excited if this is you:

• Demonstrable experience as a construction estimator.
• Previous installation experience of the product line is a plus.
• Qualification in project management is highly advantageous.
• Strong grasp and previous work experience with “plumb” and “level”.
• Ability to forecast the cost of high-ticket, involved building developments.
• Knowledge of relevant technical and non-technical documents.
• Outstanding communication skills, verbal and written.
• Exceptional quantitative skills.
• Dependable, conscientious, and well-spoken.
• Identify improvement ideas in team meetings.
• Previous Microsoft Office or other software experience helpful.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
