The successful candidate will provide support in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management, ensuring the effective administration of HR services within the organization.

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and scheduling interviews.
• Provide administrative support for employee onboarding, including preparing new hire packets and coordinating orientation sessions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and HR databases.
• Support employee relations activities, such as resolving conflicts, conducting investigations, and providing guidance on company policies and procedures.
• Assist in the performance management process, including coordinating performance evaluations, creating development plans, and tracking employee progress.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, including maintaining knowledge of changing legislation and best practices in HR.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in HR or a related field, with a strong desire to learn and grow in the role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
