What You'll Do:
• Oversee full-cycle recruiting: source, interview, and onboard top talent for open roles.
• Administer payroll preparation using the UKG platform, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage employee benefits, leave programs, and compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Conduct new hire orientation, background checks, and I-9 verifications.
• Support employee relations, including disciplinary actions, investigations, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain HR records, audit payroll and benefits programs, and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and stay updated on HR trends and best practices.
What You Bring:
• 3+ years of human resource management experience, ideally in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, payroll processes, and HRIS systems (UKG experience a plus).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proven organizational and time management abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; quick learner with HR software and talent management tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a bonus!
