HR Clerical and Onboarding Assistant (Full Time)
POSITION: HR Clerical and Onboarding Assistant (37.5 hours)
DEPARTMENT: Human Resources
SHIFT: 8am-4pm
REQUIREMENTS: High school plus business courses. Two (2) years' experience in an office setting required, preferably in an acute care setting. Must possess demonstrated excellent customer service skills and Microsoft Office skills.
BROAD FUNCTION: The HR Clerical and Onboarding Assistant is responsible for clerical support duties for the HR Department which includes onboarding new employees, answering department telephones. Responding to telephone and employee inquiries. Maintaining current employee records, scan documents as directed into Treeno file, prepare background checks and reference checks as directed. Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
GRADE: Non-Bargaining
PAY: $20-$23/hour
