Job Description

Our client, a private family in Naples, Florida, is seeking a Household Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day operations of their home. This role blends hands-on household support with light administrative responsibilities and requires a detail-oriented professional who is comfortable wearing many hats. The ideal candidate is trustworthy, organized, and proactive.  

Responsibilities: 

  • Grocery shopping and managing household inventory.  

  • Basic meal prep and ingredient cleaning/preparations for the Principals.  

  • Running errands. 

  • Light pet care and coordination of vet/grooming appointments.  

  • General household organization and assistance with projects. 

  • Managing calendars and schedules (Outlook proficiency required) 

  • Travel research, planning, and booking 

  • Event planning and occasional hosting support 

Qualifications:  

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a private home or similar setting. 

  • Proven longevity and strong track record in past roles.  

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) 

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities 

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation 

  • Background check and verifiable references required 

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Occasional evening or weekend support may be required)  

Compensation: $60,000 to $80,000 per year (401K, dental Insurance, health insurance, and PTO)
